2. How to order

Ordering WatchGuard Endpoint Products is a bit different than Panda Endpoint Products.

Important information:

a. We can not renew the licenses of your customer. You will need to activate a license key and assign the licenses to your customer.

b. You can not stock licenses and use them for your customers. Each license key must be the exact number of licenses you need and are named.

c. You can not order prorated licensing for your customers. Assigning additional licenses to your customer will automatically group the licenses into a new expiration date.

To order a WatchGuard Endpoint Product you have to provide us:

1. Name of End Customer (address is also required)

2. Number of licenses needed

3. Product type you need or SKU.

Licenses are issued on the name of your customer. Please be sure to provide the correct information.

Please make sure to create a new WatchGuard Subscriber in your WatchGuard Cloud. 

Same Subscriber will have the endpoint/firewall/mfa/access points/mdr etc.
